Hang On, is a relic of disaster, smelling of tragic civilizations burning, in German and English the book evokes the the raven rising from the ashes only to eat them. Stories of the genocide of Native Americans as told by unsympathetic artist George Caitlan (who spent most of the 1800's traveling through the Native American nations witnessing their destruction) are interspersed with Weber's post-9/11 inspired poetic meditation on brutality.
