This book can be read at Dean Constance Woo's L.I.U. library in lovely downtown Brooklyn.

This book is the first in a series of books about collage in books and the use of recombinant iconography. Iconography of repeating elements this book progresses from paper, to marks on paper, to letterforms, to images, and then all of these elements combined. Evidence of obsessive imaging of the body, particularly the hands are present in this volume. Architectural drawings, stamps, currency, maps, magazine, and medical illustration are among the source materials juxtaposed. The materials are mounted onto Acid free Hannemule from Ruth Lingen. The pages were then hinged with a variety of binders clothes, and finally laminated together to seal the Washi reinforced spine. A modified tapes binding was employed with boards glued into the first folio and then iridescent silk binders cloth wrapped with the Frost kick out spine action.
