Triumphal Summer is another in a series of hopeful incantations in illuminated manuscript form by Organik. Two years in production the book recreates a psycho-historical Triumphal Summer, a celebration of great victories not of a military nature but of a spiritual quality. In Rome the Triumphator (the victorious general) traditionally rode into the city on a white chariot with four horses, in Organik's Triumphal Summer the horses parade into the city of earth with no riders, escorted by bulls, crows, and eagles and in homage of the Yam Dreaming deity of interspecies plant/animal harmony. The chains of human domination are broken and the new "City of Heroic Generosity" shelters all species.
